Our approach to workplace delivery uses a defined methodology to provide our clients with the assurance that their projects will deliver the required performance; on time, on budget and to the right quality, whilst providing the flexibility needed to adapt to changing business requirements.

Space Planning

We have in-house space planners and CAD experts who can develop workspaces for a new building or fit out project. They work closely with either our client’s FM and design teams and/or furniture supplier to create options for our clients. Our CAD experts will then ensure all drawings of the completed project are updated.
